Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 egg whites

1 1/8 cup buttermilkHomemade buttermilk

2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

1.  Mix flour salt and baking soda together in a large bowl.

2. Beat the egg whites until white and fluffy with electric mixer.
3.Add the dry ingredients to the egg whites slowly while folding them in.
add the melted butter and butter milk mix thoroughly by hand,until smooth.
4. Heat fry pan on medium heat. Grease pan with a small amount of butter or oil. Pour 1/3 cup of batter in pools  on the pan. Flip after 1-2 minutes when underside is golden brown. Continue until all your batter is cooked.
5.Slather with butter , syrup or any other of your favorite pancake toppings
