Parmesan Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound
    Fresh Brussel Sprouts
  • 2 or 3
    Cloves of fresh garlic (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup
    fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1
    fresh lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons
    White Wine

Cooking Directions

  1. To prepare Parmesan garlic roasted Brussels sprouts.Mix crushed garlic, olive oil and white wine together. Juice the lemon and add the juice to the oil mixture. Cut the stubs off the Brussels sprouts and slice in half. In a large mixing bowl cover the sprouts with the oil mixture and then place on a baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake at 425 degrees for 16- 20 minutes.
