5 Smoothie Recipes to Start the New Year!

Black Raspberry Smoothie:

1/2 cup blackberries

3 tables spoons vanilla Greek yogurt

6 ounces of coconut milk

A few ice cubes

Blend together in a food processor until smooth. Enjoy right away!

 

Aztec Chocolate Smoothie:

8 oz. cold water

1 scoop Chocolate protein powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Shake in a blender bottle until frothy and then pour into a glass and enjoy!

 

Peanut Buttercup Smoothie:

8 oz. Cold water

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 tablespoon peanut butter powder

(Jif makes a peanut butter powder you can find in the peanut butter section of your grocery store.)

Mix together in a blender bottle until all powder in dissolved , pour and serve.

 

Caramel Latte Smoothie:

8 oz. cold coffee

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

2 tablespoon sugar free caramel ice cream topping

crushed ice (optional)

Blend in blender or shake in a blender bottle.

 

Snickers Smoothie:

8 oz. cold water

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 tablespoon peanut butter powder

1 table spoon sugar free caramel ice cream topping

 

Shake in a blender bottle until all powder is dissolved. Pour and enjoy!
